Bartender

Bouillon d'Amsterdam is the table of the city. De Blauwe Parade is our (cocktail) bar of the city - with Amsterdam courage, drinks from our own soil, and always bustling at the bar. For De Blauwe Parade, we are looking for a Bartender who can create stories: someone with a passion for the craft and a big smile.

Your role

As a Bartender at De Blauwe Parade, you are the face of the bar.

You:

• Pour cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits with craftsmanship and flair

• Tell the story behind our drinks: Amsterdam & Dutch heritage in the glass

• Keep up the pace without getting stressed: always organized, always attentive to the guest

• Work closely with the service staff and the team of Bouillon d'Amsterdam

• Contribute ideas for new signatures, drink menus, and bar concepts

Who are you?

• You have experience behind the bar (cocktail experience is a plus, not a must)

• You enjoy the cozy atmosphere of Amsterdam and are not afraid of a full house

• You are hospitable, open, and straightforward, but always warm and professional

• You communicate easily, think quickly, and stay sharp, even during peak times

• You enjoy learning about (Dutch) spirits, beer, and wine

Centuries of history converge here in a timeless bar where everyone hangs out at the counter together: Amsterdammers, visitors, and newcomers, side by side. For the novice and the connoisseur, from cocktails to a small beer, from bitterballen to herring, eel, and a meatball sandwich.

True class for us lies in simplicity and attention. Not in grandeur, but in the story behind each glass. We mainly serve drinks from our own soil: Amsterdam and Dutch heritage, from genevers and liqueurs to modern craft spirits and local beers. All served with knowledge, flair, and a wink.
