Job description
As Demi Chef de Partie, you support the kitchen team on one or more stations. You prepare, cook, and plate according to recipes and standards, learn to manage pace and timing, and deliver consistent quality during each service. The perfect step for those who want to grow in an ambitious, yet warm brigade. Bouillon is where craftsmanship begins.
Responsibilities
Mise-en-place: structured preparation of products and garnishes; setting up the station according to the checklist.
Service production: preparing and finishing components and dishes under the team's guidance.
Hygiene & safety: compliance with HACCP; temperature recording, labeling (FIFO), and keeping the workspace and equipment clean; reporting defects.
Stock & orders: providing daily counts; preparing order lists for your station.
Collaboration & communication: clear coordination with your station and passes; providing correct information on dietary/allergens to FOH.
Profile
Organized: works clean, orderly, and according to SOPs; keeps calm during peak times.
Team player: communicates clearly (in Dutch and/or English), takes initiative, and helps colleagues.
Quality-conscious: attention to detail, taste, and consistency; eager to learn and open to coaching.
HACCP knowledge and discipline in safety and hygiene.
